Lifetime, Defined

This policy explains how Browser.lol, operated by Zesiger.net, honours one-time purchases sold in the past: mainly "Browser Unlock" and "Plus Lifetime" (sold as "Premium Lifetime"), along with a small number of individually negotiated lifetime variants. One-time purchases are no longer sold. Browser.lol now offers a free, ad-supported tier and the auto-renewing Plus and Premium subscriptions. See our Terms of Service for the subscription terms.

Ending one-time sales did not remove the entitlements those purchases granted. Lifetime entitlements remain active on Browser.lol, at no further charge, for the lifetime of the Service as described below. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Browser.lol has operated continuously since 2022. Over that time, we have served millions of temporary sessions, improved our infrastructure and built a more sustainable service. We introduced lifetime plans in early 2026 after considering them for years.

We had long liked the idea of paying once for a useful service. At launch, however, the ongoing cost of isolated browser containers, servers, bandwidth and storage meant we could not responsibly offer that option.

By 2026, improvements to container orchestration, session management, autoscaling and image caching had substantially reduced the cost of each session. Advertising revenue also covered most day-to-day operating costs. Together, those changes made lifetime plans viable at the time.

Later in 2026, we stopped selling lifetime plans and returned to subscriptions for new paid purchases. That change did not alter the lifetime entitlements already sold.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Browser.lol with a purchase over the years.

"Lifetime" means that the entitlement attached to your account lasts for the operational lifetime of Browser.lol, with no expiry date or recurring charge for that entitlement. In particular, a lifetime entitlement:

• Was bought with a single, one-time payment and creates no recurring charge. A separate subscription on the same account is billed under its own terms.
• Does not expire at the end of a subscription period.
• Remains tied to the original Browser.lol account on which it was activated.
• Is honoured on Browser.lol itself, with no migration, transfer or claim process. It has not moved to another product or website.

"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service, not the purchaser's natural lifetime. We cannot guarantee that an online service will operate forever. Section 9 explains what happens if Browser.lol is permanently discontinued.

Plus Lifetime purchases, including individually negotiated lifetime variants, continue to receive the following features at no further charge, which match the current Plus subscription except where noted:

• Access to available browser images, including restricted images.
• Ad-free use on Browser.lol.
• Temporary email.
• Location selection for sessions.
• Enhanced session resources.
• Exemption from the session-creation captcha gate.
• Support for a custom proxy.
• Access to alternative domains.
• Priority support (the current Plus subscription includes standard support).

Lifetime plans do not include a residential proxy data allowance. That allowance was never part of a lifetime purchase; it is a feature of paid subscriptions, which you are under no obligation to buy.

Lifetime plans also do not include saved browser profiles. Saved profiles are a feature of paid subscriptions and were never part of a lifetime purchase.

A Premium subscription held alongside a lifetime entitlement adds saved browser profiles, programmatic access (API keys and our hosted MCP endpoint), a residential proxy data allowance per billing cycle and two Premium session slots in addition to the lifetime session slot. If the Premium subscription ends, the lifetime entitlement continues at no charge.

Browser Unlock purchases retain what they granted: permanent access to available restricted browser images on Browser.lol, at no further charge and without a subscription. For all other features and limits, the account follows its current tier: free, Plus or Premium.

Lifetime entitlements are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, lend, trade, auction, or otherwise transfer the entitlement or the account on which it is activated, and you may not share account credentials with any other person. Lifetime entitlements cannot be inherited or assigned. If we detect, or have a reasonable basis to believe, that a lifetime account has been transferred, sold or shared, we may suspend or permanently terminate it.

We do not operate any automated process that deletes, disables, or downgrades lifetime accounts based on inactivity. We reserve the right to manually disable an account that has not been accessed for more than one (1) year, mainly to reduce the personal data we store in line with our Privacy Policy. If your account is disabled for inactivity, contact [email protected]; reactivation is generally granted in good faith for legitimate account holders.

In short: lifetime means lifetime, but please sign in occasionally so we know your account is still in use.

Lifetime entitlements are subject to the same rules as every other account: our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Fair Use Policy. We may suspend or permanently terminate a lifetime account, without refund, if it is used in violation of those policies or of applicable law. Feature scope may evolve over time; we will make commercially reasonable efforts to preserve the core value of every lifetime entitlement.

Historic one-time purchases were covered by a 7-day, full, no-questions-asked refund guarantee at the time of sale, and every request made inside that window was honoured. Those windows have closed, and because nothing that was paid for has been withdrawn, the end of one-time sales does not by itself create a refund claim. Your statutory rights remain unaffected; see our Refund Policy.

If Browser.lol is permanently discontinued, lifetime entitlements end together with the Service. We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice by email and on the website. Beyond the guarantees that applied at the time of purchase, no further refund is owed for a discontinued service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes that adversely affect existing lifetime customers will be communicated by email and/or via a notice on the Browser.lol website. Changes do not retroactively reduce an entitlement that was honoured before the change took effect.
