1. Introduction

This Lifetime Plan Policy explains the rules, rights, and limitations that apply when you purchase a one-time, lifetime plan (such as "Browser Unlock" or "Premium Lifetime") on Browser.lol, operated by Zesiger.net. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

By completing a one-time purchase on Browser.lol, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy.

2. Why We Offer Lifetime Plans

Browser.lol has been in continuous operation since 2022. Over those years we have served millions of disposable browser sessions, refined our infrastructure, and built up a stable, sustainable platform. Introducing lifetime plans is not a marketing gimmick or a short-term cash grab. It is a deliberate decision that we have thought about for a long time.

Internally, we have always been fans of lifetime deals. As users ourselves, we strongly prefer paying once for a tool we love rather than juggling another monthly subscription. When we first launched Browser.lol, however, we could not responsibly offer a lifetime option. Running real isolated browser containers on Kubernetes is genuinely expensive, and a recurring subscription was the only honest way to make sure the servers, bandwidth, and storage stayed funded month after month.

Things have changed. After years of optimizing our container orchestration, session lifecycle, autoscaling, image caching, and overall infrastructure, we have driven the per-session cost down dramatically. At the same time, our advertising revenue has matured to the point where it now covers the majority of our day-to-day operating expenses on its own. That combination, and only that combination, is what finally makes lifetime plans viable for us without putting the long-term health of the service at risk.

In other words: we waited until the math actually worked. We did not want to sell a "lifetime" promise we could not realistically keep. Now that we are confident we can keep it, we are happy to take this next step together with the people who have supported Browser.lol over the years.

Thank you to everyone who paid for a subscription in the early years. You are the reason we got here.

3. What "Lifetime" Means

"Lifetime" means that the unlock or premium entitlement attached to your account is intended to remain active for the entire operational lifetime of the Browser.lol service, with no recurring charge and no expiration date tied to a billing cycle.

Specifically, a lifetime plan:

  • Is a single, one-time payment, with no monthly or yearly renewal charge.
  • Does not expire on a fixed schedule and is not bound to a subscription period.
  • Remains tied to the original Browser.lol account on which it was activated.
  • Continues to grant access to the features included at the time of purchase for as long as Browser.lol continues to offer the service.

"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Service, not necessarily the natural lifetime of the purchaser. Browser.lol has been running stably since 2022, and our intention is to keep operating it for many years to come. We are committed to the platform, our infrastructure is healthy, and we plan for the long term. That said, no online service can legally promise to exist forever, so we cannot give you a binding guarantee of perpetual operation. If the Service is permanently discontinued for any reason, lifetime entitlements end with it (see Section 9).

4. Account Inactivity

We do not operate any automated process that deletes, disables, or downgrades lifetime accounts based on inactivity. There is no scheduled job, cron, or automated cleanup that removes inactive lifetime accounts.

However, we reserve the right to manually disable a lifetime account if it has not been accessed for more than one (1) year. This is a discretionary, manual action that we may take in order to:

  • Reduce stored personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and data minimization principles.
  • Free up usernames, slots, or resources that are no longer in active use.
  • Comply with security, abuse, or compliance reviews.

If your lifetime account is manually disabled for inactivity, you may contact us at billing@browser.lol to request reactivation. Reactivation is offered at our discretion and is generally granted in good faith for legitimate account holders.

In short: lifetime means lifetime, but please log in occasionally so we know your account is still in use.

5. 7-Day Full Refund Guarantee

Every lifetime purchase on Browser.lol is covered by a 7-day, full refund, no-questions-asked guarantee.

  • You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase for any reason, or for no reason at all.
  • To request a refund, simply email billing@browser.lol from the email address associated with your account. Please include your order ID or transaction reference if available.
  • You do not need to justify your request or fill out any form.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Once the refund is processed, the lifetime entitlement attached to the account will be removed.

After the 7-day window has passed, lifetime purchases are considered final and are no longer eligible for refund except as required by applicable consumer-protection law (see our Refund Policy for details).

Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same cryptocurrency at the original transaction amount; we do not compensate for exchange-rate fluctuations between purchase and refund.

6. Non-Transferable

Lifetime plans are strictly non-transferable. Specifically:

  • You may not sell, gift, lend, trade, auction, or otherwise transfer your lifetime entitlement to another person or entity.
  • You may not transfer the underlying Browser.lol account on which the lifetime plan is activated.
  • You may not share account credentials with any other person, including family, friends, colleagues, or customers.
  • Lifetime entitlements are not part of your estate and cannot be inherited or assigned through a will, succession, or any other legal mechanism.

If we detect (or have a reasonable basis to believe) that a lifetime account has been transferred, sold, or shared, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account without refund.

7. Personal Use Only (No Business Use)

All lifetime / one-time purchases on Browser.lol are sold strictly for personal, individual, non-commercial use. They are intended for a single natural person operating the Service for their own, private purposes.

The following uses are not permitted under a lifetime plan:

  • Use by or on behalf of a company, organization, agency, association, or any other legal entity.
  • Use as part of any commercial activity, paid service, freelance offering, or for-profit workflow.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or providing access to Browser.lol features to any third party.
  • Use as part of an automated pipeline, scraping operation, content farm, bot network, or any other infrastructure-style workload.
  • Use by multiple employees, contractors, or team members under one shared account.

If you require Browser.lol for business, commercial, team, or organizational use, please contact us at billing@browser.lol to discuss appropriate licensing. Continued business use of a personal lifetime plan may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Scope of the Lifetime Entitlement

A lifetime purchase grants you access to the features that are included in that specific product at the time of purchase, subject to our Fair Use Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Fair use applies. Lifetime plans are not "unlimited" in the literal sense. Resource-intensive activities that materially impact other users, infrastructure costs, or platform stability may be rate-limited or restricted under our Fair Use Policy.
  • Feature scope may evolve. We may add, remove, rename, or restructure features over time. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to preserve the core value of your lifetime plan, but we cannot guarantee that any specific feature will exist forever in its current form.
  • New paid features. Significant new features, products, or tiers introduced after your purchase may require a separate purchase or upgrade and are not automatically included in your lifetime plan.
  • Third-party costs. Where Browser.lol relies on third-party services (e.g., payment processors, infrastructure providers), changes in those services may affect availability of related features.

9. Service Discontinuation

We make no guarantee that Browser.lol will operate forever. If the Service is permanently discontinued for any reason (including but not limited to business, legal, or technical reasons):

  • Lifetime entitlements will end together with the Service.
  • We will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice via email and on the Browser.lol website.
  • Beyond the 7-day refund window, no further refunds are owed for the unused portion of a lifetime plan in the event of service discontinuation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Account Security and Loss of Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account on which your lifetime plan is activated, including the email address used for sign-in and any authentication factors.

  • If you lose access to your sign-in email or authentication credentials, recovery is offered on a best-effort basis and may require proof of original purchase.
  • We are not obligated to migrate a lifetime entitlement to a new account, but may do so at our discretion in legitimate cases (e.g., compromised email).
  • Lifetime entitlements lost due to account compromise caused by your own negligence (weak password, shared credentials, leaked tokens) are not refundable.

11. Termination for Abuse or Policy Violation

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any lifetime account, without refund (outside the 7-day window), if the account is used in violation of:

Examples of conduct that may lead to termination without refund include, but are not limited to: chargeback abuse, account sharing or resale, automated abuse of the platform, illegal activity, harassment, attacks on Browser.lol infrastructure, and circumvention of technical or commercial restrictions.

12. Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

  • Lifetime plan prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and may be charged in your local currency by your payment provider at their applicable exchange rate.
  • Where applicable, taxes (such as VAT) may be added at checkout based on your billing location.
  • Prices for lifetime plans may change at any time. Any price change applies only to new purchases. Existing lifetime entitlements are not affected, and you will never be back-charged.

13. Relationship to Other Policies

This Lifetime Plan Policy supplements, and does not replace, our other legal documents:

If there is any conflict between this policy and another Browser.lol policy specifically regarding lifetime / one-time purchases, this Lifetime Plan Policy will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Lifetime Plan Policy from time to time. Material changes that adversely affect existing lifetime customers will be communicated by email and/or via a notice on the Browser.lol website.

Changes do not apply retroactively to refund eligibility for purchases already completed before the change took effect.
